BREAD CARE

- ROOM TEMPERATURE STORAGE -

NO STABILIZERS, PRESERVATIVES, OR SOFTENERS ARE ADDED TO THESE BAKED GOODS. THEREFORE, ANYTHING YOU ORDER FROM HERE IS BEST CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 DAYS OF THE "MADE ON" DATE. IF YOU CHOOSE TO STORE YOUR BREAD AT ROOM TEMPERATURE, I RECOMMEND KEEPING IT IN A SEALED BAG OR BOX FOR OPTIMAL FRESHNESS. AVOID STORING IN THE FRIDGE, AS THAT MAY DRY OUT THE BREAD.

- FREEZER STORAGE -

THE BREAD WILL STAY FRESH FOR UP TO 6 MONTHS IN THE FREEZER. IT IS BEST TO FREEZE IN A SEALED BAG REMOVING AS MUCH AIR AS POSSIBLE. I RECOMMEND SLICING AND PLACING A SMALL PEICE OF PARCHMENT PAPER BETWEEN EACH SLICE, SO IT'S EASIER TO TAKE OUT THE AMOUNT YOU WANT WHEN IT COMES TIME TO DEFROST TO ENJOY.

- REHEATING -

MIST OR QUICKLY RUN THE BREAD UNDER WATER, THEN BAKE IT IN THE OVEN AT 375°F.

FOR REHEATING BREAD AT ROOM TEMPERATURE, PLACE IT IN THE OVEN FOR 5-15 MINUTES OR TOAST IT IN A TOASTER AS YOU NORMALLY WOULD AFTER MISTING THE BREAD WITH WATER.

FOR REHEATING A FROZEN FULL LOAF, PLACE IT IN THE OVEN FOR 20-30 MINUTES AFTER RUNNING IT UNDER WATER. THIS SHOULD GIVE YOUR BREAD THE OUTER CRUNCH AND INNER SOFTNESS IT HAD WHEN IT WAS FIRST MADE!
